Half Hogget Box 9.5kg

Hogget is a very tasty and slightly less fatty option instead of Lamb. Hogget is older than lamb, at 1 - 2 years old and has a deeper flavour.

Our Hogget Boxes are from our Herdwick Sheep, known as “The Queens Meat”. Herdwicks are slow growing and as such have a very tender meat.

Typically a box will contain;

• 2 Half Shoulder

• 1 Leg Shank

• Leg Chops

• Breast

• Loin Cutlets

• Neck Chops & Kidney / Neck Chops

Please note this order is for collection only from our shop and it will be frozen so it is as fresh as possible for you.
