Reserve one of our Half Hogget Boxes using this option.
Hogget is a very tasty and slightly less fatty option instead of Lamb. Hogget is older than lamb, at 1 - 2 years old and has a deeper flavour.
Our Hogget Boxes are from our Herdwick Sheep, known as “The Queens Meat”. Herdwicks are slow growing and as such have a very tender meat.
Typically a box will contain;
2 Shoulder Joints
1 Leg Joint
Leg Chops
Neck Chops
Loin Chops
(Please note that the photo is currently from our last boxes and will no longer include Mince).
Our boxes may vary in weight from roughly 8-10kg per box, however, by reserving online with a small deposit you will never be out of pocket.
Our Lamb is currently being sold at £15.00 per Kilo so you will only pay for the amount you get in the box on collection.
We will contact you when your order is ready to collect.
Please note that if you are not able to collect your order on the day required then it will be frozen to keep it as fresh as possible for you.
